Frequently Asked Questions
There could be a few reasons why you are no longer receiving the Save mailer:
- You recently opted out. If you recently opted out of sharing your data (either by filling out the Save.com form or via another privacy platform), you were automatically removed from the Save mailing list. Good news! Simply visit the Join the Family page and enter your address to receive the mailer again. If you are still within the Save delivery area, we will add you back to the mailing list.
- You moved. If you recently moved, you may no longer be in a neighborhood where Save is delivered, or the previous resident may have opted out of our Save mailer, and your new address is no longer active. If you are in our delivery area, you can easily opt back in by visiting the Join the Family page.
- You are not in our delivery area. Because we regularly review the areas where Save is delivered based on consumer interest and advertiser participation, there may have been changes to delivery in your particular area.
- The Save mailer is delivered to entire neighborhoods. Unfortunately, we are unable to add individual addresses.
- While you can’t subscribe to the Save mailer, you can sign up to receive occasional savings offers from Save and the brands we work with by visiting the Join the Family page.
- By signing up to Join the Family, we will make a note of your interest in the Save mailer and consider your neighborhood as we look at expanding our delivery area in the future.
You may opt out of sharing your data with Save at any time by completing and submitting our Privacy Rights Request Form. Please note that taking this action will also remove you from our mailing list and you will no longer receive the Save mailer or other communications from Save.
You can easily remove your address by filling out the Privacy Rights Request Form. It may take up to six weeks for the mailings to stop.
You could still be receiving Save for one of the following reasons:
- It could be a postal delivery error. Sometimes a Save mailer is delivered to the incorrect household. Contact your local post office and ensure your carrier is delivering Save to the correct address.
- It hasn’t been six weeks since you asked to have your name removed. It takes up to six weeks for your request to be processed.
- Yes! The Save Mailer plastic bag is LDPE #4 and is recyclable. To find a drop-off location near you, visit nextrex.com.
- Note: Typically, plastic bags cannot be recycled curbside. Please check with your local municipality to understand the recycling guidelines in your area.
