6 cups fresh spinach, stems removed
4 cups cooked white beans, such as great northern
11/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (i use oil-packed tomatoes with herbs)
1 teaspoon sage, or to taste
Dash of red pepper flakes
2 – 3 teaspoons dried basil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
