1/2 cup flour - for dredging
Flavor coating:
3/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup dry white wine- i used a chardonnay
3 cloves fresh garlic- crushed
2 tsp. liquid smoke
Breading:
3 cups panko breadcrumbs
3 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbls. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
