Mac has changed how it runs Java.  Please follow the below steps: 

Step 1:

Open System Preferences.  In the “Other” section at the bottom, do you have a Java icon?

If YES, skip to Step 4

If NO, continue to Step 2

Step 2: 

Exit System Preferences. 

Go to www.java.com using Safari or Firefox and click “Free Java Download”. 

Follow the prompts to install Java on your Mac.  Please note that after installing this version of Java, you will no longer be able to use the Google Chrome browser to print coupons – please use Safari or Firefox. 

When finished installing Java, exit Safari or Firefox.

Step 3: 

Re-Open System Preferences.   

You should now have a Java icon in the “Other” section at the bottom.

Step 4: 

Double click the Java icon in System Preferences.   The Java Control Panel will open.  If this is the first time you have tried to open Java Control Panel, it may take up to a few minutes. 

When Java Control Panel is open, click the Java tab. 

On the Java Tab, click the View button.

Ensure you have a version of Java installed and that the “Enabled” checkbox is checked.  If Enabled is unchecked, check the box and click the Apply button. 

You may now exit of all Java-related boxes. 

Step 5: 

Using Safari or Firefox, navigate back to www.save.com/coupons or  www.redplum.com and try printing again.
